 Today nifty 50 loss 

When I trading started that time I profit is so much daily daily. A few day later I continue loss face to face. I lost total amount 30000 rupees in options trading Nifty 50.

Today Nifty 50 options trading I  lost 2500 rupees. And 30000 rupees is my monthly loss. 

After that loss I understand my mind is moving and do not stop silent mode and do not have good psychology that's why reason I lost my options trading. 
New strategy do not use when you beginning new. What you have easy strategy to understand that strategy you use that easy for you making money. One thing remember 
Use only one set up . Do not more trade in one day maximum limit trade 1 to 5 . More of people say daily good trade only one trade. Set up watch a positive that's was the one trade.
